3. Coordinate the approval of documents creating, revising, or obsolescing. 协调文件的审批、建立、修改、终止及销毁；
4. Maintain the index and numbering system of local work instructions, forms and other documents when necessary. 根据需求维护本地工作说明书、表格及其它文档的索引及编号系统，
5. Upload the documents onto the Intranet. Maintain the master copy of the documents and distribution list and copies. Make sure the latest revision of the documents are posted and uploaded when necessary, and the copies of the old revision are removed and obsolete. 更新网站上的文件，保存文件原版和发送复印等记录；确保文件的最新版本，根据需求及时更新，删除并销毁旧版本的记录；
